Breathe

  
On average, a person breathes around 23,000 times per day.  How many of those breaths are you aware of?  Take time to connect with your breath at least 3 times today. Taking time to focus on your breath helps bring you into the moment and connects you to your body.  When you connect to your breath and body, you start to be aware of where you hold tension and can consciously relax into the present.
