gratitude
By giving gratitude for what is currently in your life, you will cultivate peace in your world. 
Exercise: Drink a glass of water today and with each sip, in your mind’s eye, repeat: “I am grateful to have this glass of water to drink.” Feel the water enter your mouth.  Feel the water slide down your throat and flow into your stomach.  Feel the vitality of the water and how it nurtures your body.  Give gratitude for being able to have fresh water to drink.
*No need to consult your physician before you do this.

*Side effects include, but not limited to, experiencing an open heart, trusting life’s process, living in the present moment, surrendering to what is, feeling peaceful.
