I know it has been a few weeks since my last blog.  There have been some circumstances in my world that set me a little off-kilter.  I am now finding some balance.

Often times we look outside of ourselves for answers.  Finding time daily to sit in stillness, focus on your breath and connect with your heart can help you discover the answers you are seeking. ♥love and light
