Get up off your tuckus!

Going out in nature keeps you healthy and feeling happy!  Create time in your life to go outside and connect with the animals, plants and all beings on the planet. Breathe and smile from your heart.  It is great if you can take a 1/2 hour or more, but not necessary to get the benefits of being in nature.
